Teacher's Day 2010 ^^

today was so tiring(not to mention RECKLESS much!)... but it was quite fun too. :)

i woke up at 5.30 am today, just in case i slept in. had to be the early riser in the house, otherwise no one will wake up and find out that i'm still not ready. plus i switched phones with my mom, and using that phone as an alarm isn't much of a good idea as the ring tone volume is small and i CAN'T change it. seriously tried. anyway, reached school early(6.45 am), met my cousin and got back stuff i lent for her exam, met karmun and the gang, followed my friend jiashin(whom i thought will ponteng), went and sat in the field(as told by teachers), rained and went to laman maluri, got back out and sat in the field again to listen to some speeches and teachers' singing, watched the volleyball match for a while and went to reserve some good seats for friends(although i didn't sit with them in the end). well i ended up standing behind the teachers' seat, somewhere under the tree, and i stood behind a mini signboard along with jiashin and her (guy)friend.

teacher's day had a lot of singing performances, and i nearly karaoke-ed them all(except for some of the chinese and tamil songs)! i sang along with puan tan(our chinese teacher 2010) and slowly waved my uchiwa(the fan i always take to school? yup.) from left to right while my friend just looked at me. i think calvin took a snap of me singing too. (dang! DX) and i looked so different(+stupid) from the people of my surroundings -- i was partying when "don't stop the music" was played. (ask our 3A guys, calvin or hong seng saw my stupid reaction XP) i kept stomping my feet and raised my uchiwa again and kept popping it back and forth :P... and i feel so stupid after realizing what i've done. >.<

hm, i said "happy teacher's day" to: Miss Tang(MM), Puan Tan(GG), Puan Tan(Chinese), and Cik Kamalamalar(2A 2009 class teacher)!!! Cik Kamalamar so nice, talked to me, asked me how i was, and forgot what class i was in(again! 3rd time ne!)

all in all, today was quite fun. oh, forgot to mention the dances! surely the hip hop dances were the best(although i can't compare it to last year's performances... sorry!), and the most boring one was the malay dance(interesting but too draggy :/)... and i'm sure to bring myself to remember all of the sempai's names or else! (cos' i find one of them interesting :D)

It's already 2010??!!

seriously time flies! just yesterday i entered kindergarten and now i'm already 15. sigh even taking PMR this year. pressure is there for sure but with a little bit of practice i guess we can make i there. i haven't gotten ready for school yet, hahaz.

well i'll be! i haven't posted any photos up till now, so i'll just put up some of the activities i've been doing around the holidays.

Cleaning up the study

then many weeks later, until one fateful day, my mom scolded me about ignoring the room for so long, and decided it's time to get back and fight the messy room of books lying on the cold, icy floor! ^^

the table is empty, why? because i moved most of the books to ANOTHER table XD

this is the final result of my room on the day after the report card day(you could guess where the innovation to 'fight' came from), so tidy! ^^

pretty design, right? i painted it myself. had so much fun with it, like i already forgot about everything, it was so stress-relieving!(what kind of stress am i talking about...???)

the Xmas singing project. (T.T)

you know what day today is? no, i don't mean the chinese festival dong zhi i'm talking about me. i bet most of you have forgotten, huh?

today is the day that i, with a bunch of ppl older than me, sing in public, representing our church, at brem mall, for two nights, for the VERY first time. (OvO)

omg i don't even think the ppl were arranged properly and NOW we've gotta sing? gimme a break! we don't even know how to stand together yet? are you supposingly to tell me that we're all gonna stand in clusters, hogging around the mic so that the ppl can hear us louder??? why don't we just get a new and better mic then? aargh. this is the only thing that's been bugging me. oor should i say i have two, in exact, the second problem is my own private matter. so i'm not gonna say.

ok, i lose, i'll say it.

i tend to break my voice very often. is that a good thing? plus i've got stage fright. can i really do it? for consecutively 2 nights? plus carolling on the 23rd and 24th, and the finale on xmas night. i already broke my voice yesterday night and sunday night. so for the whole week my voice is gonna break. thank god for saturday -- no japanese tuition+no more singing. didn't know there'd come a day where i hate singing.

it's just another eventful tuesday nya~

today got a placement test for my japanese classes in the new school(for me) IBT(Institut Bahasa Teikyou). when i went there, the place was so scary. it was quite a secluded area(although it was situated at a housing area by the highway, it was actually on a hill, so there were lots of trees and the shadiness looms... plus the building looked kinda old fashioned and didn't look much like what i expected... maybe it's because i'm too citygirl-like?)

it was quite a OK place. ground floor i see a kindergarten(!!) for japanese children. all so cute and so fair! omg i wanna pinch their faces. and all of them were speaking japanese. but because it's children, so the words that were spoken were quite easy to understand. so, have to go upstairs. then went up to the second floor, i look up and look at the hallway. walao... this looks exactly like my school's office and staff room... then feeling tensed and so on... eep!

went in the office, saw the lady who welcomed me the other day. she's very nice. she went in to the staff room(teacher's office) to get my future lecturer to interview me. my dad went off to midvalley(5 minutes walk from the place, cos he walk over the overhead bridge so it was only 5 minutes. no kidding!) while i was interviewed by Yano-sensei. nice lady, in her late twenties or thirties?? i suck when i talk, lots of errors. but i got better when it came to the question papers.(may i add that i took two different sheets of question papers, each that contains 4 fully printed pages with japanese letters?) it was very similar to what i had learnt in ICLS.

finished it and the teacher said that i could skip one year(beginner's year). went back home with the application form. i made a sad, mourning face to convince my mom that i failed the placement test and couldn't pass(my dad's idea). of course, i couldn't stand anger long so i bursted out laughing after she said how much did you score? loluz.

then my parents made me decide whether i want to go to IBT or not. IBT is very expensive compared to ICLS's courses but IBT finishes faster. then again, IBT is near the centre of the city's heart, so there'll be traffic jams, plus, IBT only have courses like mine for Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm to 8.30pm. These times are very hectic and don't say i haven't thought of the KTM, it's already dark at this kind of time so it'll be very dangerous. whereas ICLS is in subang, subang is easier to get by as there are many highways leading to it. and my parents will be very busy if they had to send me to and fro IBT. so conclusion? continue ICLS. it wasn't easy getting to the decision and i hope i made the right one.

ok. seriousness is over. i'm sure you guys are bored liao. i have to mix in some slang la, or else you all will sianz me. lol XD

later in the evening, i went to a conference with my daddy(again). this conference de title leh is "Forget No More" i don't like to explain everything about it cos there's a book for this so go and buy the book for yourself la or loan from me for only rm3 haha jkjk just borrow if you all want la.

the food very simple(as the active participants say), like pizza tart, chun guin(i keep taking cos so nice especially with tomato sauce), sandwich(omg so damn tasty, just a bit dry jor), muffin(tastes very bad) and biscuit(yucky oso) only. then the drinks are coffee(i don't like coffee) and tea(i pour 3 sticks of brown sugar then pour milk but i 嫌 not enough but no more jor T.T, my dad said so sweet can drink meh?! hehe, i like sweet tea geh~) then time to go in liao, so went to toilet b4 that...

the speaker(not the hardware, i mean the person that's gonna talk) is mr anant something something. he's an indian national record holder for memory(whereas his brother is world champion O.O) he can really remember random numbers in just 1 minutes(the numbers that were written by us, the audience were really random and long)! so geng le. but then again, i predicted every single thing he might talk about, except for the VAP(Visualisation/Association/Pleasure) thing and the body list thing la. i can still remember the random items he wrote on his presentation, perfectly! it's now stuck in my head~~

then halfway, gorogorogoro... my tummy ache la. must be the milk+tea just now lo... den have to ding for so long only went back and gao tim. my daddy now sticking to all of the rules... so i have to listen to him oso... haizzz..... T.T

but of course, will hear until "ni" de. so have to change the song after placement test. ohya, why not i just add in a little more, hei? placement test on tuesday! for my new Japanese class. also very far from home. and must go on weekdays.(tuesday and thursday) the place is somewhere near Midvalley, err, also can be known as Japan Society or Teikyo Instituition, i think. haha! i very "dai mung dong" wan, loluz, pray that i can pass the placement test so that they can put me into Beginner 2 la, then don't need to waste too much money(omg RM970 la!!!) 

hahaz, now very actively playing TinierMe, now need to donate money then only can get all the cool stuff le... at least they are having the ring event for now la, then can earn a little bit more chibi-coins la. i'm supposed to have my 200 chibi-coins la!(chun got sign up so that i can get money ohohoho but the TinierMe make me so geram, didn't give me money... =_=|||) so now i'm saving to buy a chibi-pet! costs 300cc leh... so expensive, plus the food oso! geramnya... so for now need to keep exchanging rings, ehehehe... and must also remember to play Old Maid la!!! geram! i missed a total of 3 days worth of medals! geram geram geram!!! DX
